If you are driving on a freeway, and you have two or more people in your car on the, drive in the carpool lane, if there is one. A carpool lane is usually on the left side of a freeway and is denoted by diamonds painted in the lane. It is a good idea to drive in this lane (when you have enough people in the car) because traffic in the non-carpool lanes often slows. |
